Everyting is great, Great location inside old town area nearby is walk-able and you can reach many touristic places by max 5 mins, Rooms are pretty clean and cosy, good view to old town, You can enjoy restuarant on ground floor which serves the traditional local and european cuisine, Staff reception was friendly and helpful, Especially I would like to mention Ms. Tamo was handling things smootly and professionlly, She was very helpful and managed all what we needed and offered late check-out as well,, I havent ever seen such a friendly and special service to customers what she did, We highly appreicate Ms.Tamo and all hotel staff to Highly recommend this hotel,, I strongly beleive that It is the best one in Tbilisi.

The location was very good and easy to reach everywhere. Very close to all tourist attractions. The breakfast was good, I can say that all our requests were met. They have very polite and courteous staff. Thank you for your interest.

We stayed at the hotel during December, the hotel staff greeted us at the door, helped with our luggage, they were more than welcoming at every opportunity, even when we needed to leave a bit later on our last day. The hotel and room are new, it was clean and tidy, and our overall feeling was that the room is fresh and inviting. Location wise, this place is dead in the center, we managed to go by foot to all the major locations. Breakfast was okay, there was a lot to choose from and we left on a full stomach every day. The service at the restaurant was also great, always inviting and caring for us and our needs.

The whole staff is just wonderful; they’re all very friendly, helpful and made our stay even better than expected. From the receptionist, to the staff managing the breakfast buffet and even the cleaning crew. We’ve been to many hotels but the staff here was really incredible, we were very impressed and happy so kudos and special thanks to the whole team for everything ♥️ The location is awesome, in the heart of the old town with all important areas of the city accessible by foot. It’s very central and also in a calm street. Great breakfast buffet, with local and fresh products, lots of options to choose from as well. Breakfast and checkout times also very convenient, you’re not rushed out.

Having returned after 10 days to the Glarros, I felt like I was returning home. The exceptional staff at the front desk and in the Gastromania restaurant were so very welcoming. Megi, the front desk manager and her wonderful staff including Luka and Anri treated me like royalty, going out of their way to accommodate my requests. Again, Tata and George in the Gastromania restaurant were so kind and generous to me, spoiling me like a child! Breakfast was brilliant as always with the staff providing perfect food and service. I apologize for not being able to list specific names but they were quite exceptional. Last but certainly not least, again Maia, head of housekeeping, was so kind, friendly and efficient. One couldn't ask for a nicer employee who always made me feel so welcome. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!! You'll always be warmly remembered.
