Glarros OldTown

The location is superb. In the center of old tiblisi, so you can walk around and see majority of the ico ice places. You have a tour company right opposite called WST tours if planning for tours. There is a laundry nearby call "old city laundry" very affordable. Supermarket next door to the hotel. I booked with breakfast and had good options to choose from specially considering I was focusing on Halal food. Another good thing was the hotel toilet had in built bidet facility. Good stay for 5 nights. Recommended.

A modern hotel in the middle of old Tbilisi, close to all the attractions, restaurants, shopping center. The room was convenient we had a beautiful view from the 4 floor. The staff was nice we arrived late ,recommended a good restaurant near the hotel. I do recommend the hotel we stayed 4 nights its fun returning from a trip to the heart of the city

The Glarros Old Town hotel is nothing other than a gem in the broadest sense of the word. From the unique contemporary design elements - which incidentally compliment the ancient streets of the Georgian capital -the young, energetic and service orientated staff, to the fresh/flavourful/varied breakfast buffet offerings, the Glarros offfered nothing other than the highest level of service and pampering. I won't dwell on the superlatives other than to say that Tamo and Giorgi at the front desk should be commended for their friendly and professional approach. Top marks all around!

We stayed at the hotel during December, the hotel staff greeted us at the door, helped with our luggage, they were more than welcoming at every opportunity, even when we needed to leave a bit later on our last day. The hotel and room are new, it was clean and tidy, and our overall feeling was that the room is fresh and inviting. Location wise, this place is dead in the center, we managed to go by foot to all the major locations. Breakfast was okay, there was a lot to choose from and we left on a full stomach every day. The service at the restaurant was also great, always inviting and caring for us and our needs.

The whole staff is just wonderful; they’re all very friendly, helpful and made our stay even better than expected. From the receptionist, to the staff managing the breakfast buffet and even the cleaning crew. We’ve been to many hotels but the staff here was really incredible, we were very impressed and happy so kudos and special thanks to the whole team for everything ♥️ The location is awesome, in the heart of the old town with all important areas of the city accessible by foot. It’s very central and also in a calm street. Great breakfast buffet, with local and fresh products, lots of options to choose from as well. Breakfast and checkout times also very convenient, you’re not rushed out.
